Returns
Your product will be shipped out or dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order and it will be delivered to your location within 2-3 business days
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone after the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as health and personal care items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return request has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued only in the form of a Store Credit / Coupon Code, which can be redeemed on our website for future purchases. The Store Credit / Coupon Code will be shared with you within 7 working days of approval of the return.
Please note that reverse shipping charges will be applicable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Reverse shipping charges vary depending on the product weight, return pickup location, destination PIN code, and city.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cloracreation@gmail.com and send your item to Clora Creation, C-170, Basement, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar-4, 110024 Delhi DL, India.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first e-mail us the details and mentioned the reason for the return. One of our customer support executives will get in touch with you and guide you the process for returning the shipment back to our warehouse.
